Steps

   I cannot save Knowledge

   Verify the email we sent at register. Until that is done, knowledge forms stay locked.

   I cannot publish

   Open Connections and link the network. Auto-approve also needs a connected account, not only a high score.

3. 3

   Everything sits in Approvals

   Settings → Approval rules. If Manual review only is on, that is working as designed. Turn auto-approve on only after you like the drafts.

   The Autopilot plan made images I did not want yet

   On Calendar, open Autopilot and set Make images right away to Off, review the plan first. Or Settings → Approval rules → Calendar Autopilot review. Images wait until you approve the plan on Campaigns.

5. 5

   I turned Autopilot off, but posts still go live

   That is expected. Posts already scheduled still publish. When that leftover queue is empty, it stops. A new 7, 14, or 30-day batch will not start until you turn Autopilot on again.

   Autopilot did not start the next month

   Check Calendar. If the button says Autopilot paused, a plan is waiting on Campaigns or posts are waiting in Approvals. If it says Autopilot is off, turn it on again. If billing or the AI image cap paused it, open Billing.

   Captions sound generic

   Rewrite Brand voice and do's and don'ts. Add a real product. Then regenerate. Prompt-fighting in Studio is slower than fixing the source.

   Wrong brand posted

   Check the organization switcher at the top. Each org has its own connections.
