If a post is below your confidence threshold, or auto-approve is off, it waits here. Approve, edit, or reject. This is not the same screen as Approval rules in Settings.

When to use this

Whenever the badge on Approvals is not zero. Especially in the first weeks.

Notes

Settings → Approval rules decides whether posts can skip this list.
A connected account is still required to publish.
Launch posts belong here even if evergreen posts auto-approve. Keep the threshold honest.

What happens if you skip it

If you turn auto-approve on and never visit this page, you are trusting the score. Most teams still glance at it.
