Refund & cancellation policy

If a trial is offered, cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.

Cancel anytime. Access continues through the period already paid; you are not charged again. Pause stops future charges; you keep access through the date already paid. A cancelled subscription cannot be resumed — start a new checkout to subscribe again.

After a paid period starts, we do not prorate unused time, except where the law requires a refund or we approve one. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually in 5–7 business days. Email [email protected] from your account email with a payment reference.

Annual plans are prepaid. Unused months are not refunded as cash except where the law requires it or we approve a refund.

If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open. Contact us first if the charge was a mistake.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund or remedy that Indian law or another mandatory statute gives you. If you are a consumer with a statutory cooling-off right (including in the EEA or UK), that right still applies. This is a digital service and access starts immediately; the right to withdraw may be reduced once the service has been performed, to the extent the law allows. We will honor any refund the statute requires.
