Queue is the conveyor. Nothing here is a surprise if you have been in Approvals. It is the list of what is next.
When to use this
Daily or a few times a week. Faster than opening Calendar for every item.
Notes
- Open a post to edit it in Studio.
- If auto-approve is off, items that need a human sit in Approvals first.
- Connected accounts are required to actually publish.
What happens if you skip it
You can live in Calendar instead. Queue is the same work in a list.
