Reviews and proof
Testimonials and short case studies the AI can quote.
You are here: Knowledge, then Reviews and proof
Only add quotes you have permission to use. The author field is required so the AI can attribute the line.
Fields
Examples use Northstar Coffee, a fictional roaster. Copy the shape, not the facts.
| Field | What to add | Example | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quote | The customer’s words. | We stopped buying tins. The office actually finishes the bag now. | Social proof in captions. Fake quotes will come back to you. |
| Author name | A real name, or a first name and company. | Priya M. | Attribution. Posts should not say “a happy customer” if you have a name. |
| Role / company | Optional context. | Office manager, Pune | Makes the quote feel specific. |
| Case study title | The outcome in a short line. | How Batch 12 kept a 30-person studio in beans for a year | Gives the AI a headline it did not invent. |
| Case study summary | Situation, what you did, result. | A design studio was reordering random Amazon bags. They switched to a biweekly 2kg House espresso plan. Six months later they still have not missed a roast date. | Longer proof posts need a plot, not just a star rating. |
What happens if you skip it
Optional. Add when you have real quotes. Empty is better than made-up praise.
