Examples use Northstar Coffee, a fictional roaster. Copy the shape, not the facts.

Field	What to add	Example	Why it matters
Your name	The name teammates will see.	Ada Sharma	Shows on invites and in the workspace.
Email	A mailbox you can open. We send a verify link here.	[email protected]	Login, billing, and knowledge saves need a verified email.
Password	Something only you know.	A long passphrase, not coffee123	Protects the workspace and connected social accounts.
Organization name	The company or client workspace. Not your personal display name.	Northstar Coffee	Brand, knowledge, and posts live on the organization. You can add more later.

Skipping this means no workspace. There is no guest mode.
