We provide AI-assisted social media tools including research, captions, image generation, templates, scheduling, and Agent Mode automation. Features may change during early access.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access promptly.

You may not use TheViralMarketing to spam, phishing, impersonate, harass, violate platform policies of connected networks, infringe IP, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You retain ownership of brand assets and content you upload. You grant us a license to process that content solely to operate the product. Generated drafts are yours to use, subject to model-provider and platform rules.

Publishing depends on third-party APIs (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.). Outages, policy changes, or revoked tokens may affect posting. We are not liable for third-party downtime or enforcement actions.

Paid plans renew until canceled. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds for unused annual periods follow our billing policy. Taxes may apply. Early-access pricing may change with notice.

14-day trials (where offered) are for evaluation. Abuse of trials (multiple accounts) may result in suspension.

The service is provided “as is” during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific engagement results, or that AI output is error-free. Review drafts before publishing when risk is high.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, or extended inactivity. Upon termination you may export data as available; we delete or anonymize personal data per the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
