Account info (name, email, company), brand profiles and voice samples you upload, connected platform tokens (stored encrypted), workspace content you create, usage analytics (feature events, device/browser basics), billing metadata via our payment processor, and support communications.

We do not ask for unnecessary government IDs, we do not scrape your private DMs beyond what connected APIs allow for publishing, and we do not buy third-party marketing lists to build profiles about you.

To provide and secure the service, generate captions and visuals for your brands, improve models using anonymized or aggregated patterns, send product and billing updates, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Marketing emails are opt-out.

Brand kits, pillars, and drafts may be sent to model providers solely to generate content for your workspace. We instruct providers not to train on your private workspace data where contracts allow. Do not upload secrets you are not authorized to process.

When you connect Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, or others, we store OAuth tokens encrypted and use them only to publish, schedule, and fetch metrics you enable. Disconnect anytime in settings; tokens are revoked where the platform API supports it.

We share data with infrastructure and subprocessors (hosting, email, payments, model APIs) under contracts. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion requests we remove or anonymize personal data within 30 days unless law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices). Backups rotate on a limited schedule.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted token storage, access controls, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure — report issues to [email protected].

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses where required.
